  • PreSchool Teacher

    Requirements:

    • Highly Motivated
    • Excellent with communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent with leadership skills
    • Excellent with organizational skills
    • Skilled in understanding a Preschool curriculum and childhood development
    • Energized to work with young children

    Qualified Candidates must:
    • Have lead teacher experience and be early childhood teacher qualified
    • Early Childhood degree preferred
    • Obtain certifications in CPR, First Aid and Universal Precautions within 30 days of employment through Miramont
    • Be fingerprinted and pass CBI and FBI background checks within 30 days of employment

    This position is for the 2015-16 school year. Miramont Preschool follows the Poudre School District Calendar and runs September through May, M-F 8:30am-2:30pm

  • Birthday Party Coordinator

    Responsibilities:

    • responsible for booking Birthday Parties
    • scheduling team members to execute a Brand birthday party experience
    • working 10hrs each week and each monthly Parents’ Night Out Event
    • training new Party Hosts
    • purchasing birthday party supplies
    • setting up the party space (tables, chairs, balloons, decorations) and any necessary equipment
    • leading 1 ½ hours of games/ specific activity instruction during birthday parties
    • ensuring the safety and engagement of children participating in the birthday party/ Parents’ Night Out Events
    • party clean up
    • finding coverage for vacation or sick days

    Qualifications:

  • Administrative Assistant

    Responsibilities:

    • reading and having clarity regarding information provided in the daily Youth Department Communication Log and weekly email communication
    • work to develop strong relationships with members families, non-member families, and Team members, and commit to creating an On-Brand, enjoyable and inviting atmosphere for both members and Team within my department
    • establish proper office organization, record retention procedures, program licensing requirements and ensure team member/camper files meet state licensing requirements
    • ongoing management of camper accounts and processing camp enrollment/change forms, and processing Summer Camp Payment Plans

  • Active Afterschool/CREW Coordinator

    Responsibilities:

    • reading and having clarity regarding information provided in the daily Youth Department Communication Log and weekly email communication
    • working each Active After School date, CREW program date, Sports Camp date, No School Day Camp date, Impromptu No School Day Camp, monthly Parents’ Night Out event, Family Fun Event or finding appropriate coverage when I am unable to
    • working Active After School Program shifts M-F and leading corresponding program curriculum
    • teaching Youth Fitness classes and facilitating Birthday Party experiences for the Saturday that I am scheduled each month
    • overseeing day to day program operations and ensuring A+ performance of the Youth Department Team
    • establish proper office organization, record retention procedures, and comply with program licensing requirements
    • ensuring accurate Active After School enrollment numbers
    • creating each day’s Active After School drive schedule
    • managing birthday party leads (tracking upcoming birthdays) for students enrolled in Active Afterschool and CREW as a means of proactively driving Party Program growth and to ensure that each student’s birthday is celebrated on his/her birthday
    • driving program enrollment for each program offered through the Youth Department
    • developing program content for Miramont’s CREW program
    • providing an on purpose training program for each CREW program participant

  • Sports Camp Van Driver

    Responsibilities:

    • reading and having clarity regarding information in the daily communication log and weekly update email
    • completing a thorough pre-trip inspection of each van prior to daily departure
    • safely transporting program participants from Miramont’s South location to each week’s rock-climbing and field trip destinations
    • completing daily van Driver Logs and submitting maintenance tickets when necessary
    • maintain a comprehensive understanding of the specific needs of the campers in my care- allergies, swim ability, adults who have authorization to pick-up campers, medical concerns, etc.
    • responsible for finding coverage for sick days

    Qualifications:

  • Membership Advisor

    We are currently looking for a full time A+ Membership Advisor who will engage, energize and inspire our 22,000 members and our team.
    As a Membership Advisor, this team member will:

    • Generate Member Sales
    • Present and sell Miramont memberships, programs and services to current and potential clients within the community
    • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of sales to be made
    • Identify potential prospects and contact them
    • Develop and maintain sales materials and current membership product knowledge
    • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
    • Achieve monthly sales and retention goals

  • Cafe Prep Chef

    The Café Prep Chef Team member will:

    • Deliver a superior café experience to both members and non-members
    • Prepare, execute and sell café food and beverage items
    • Perform kitchen duties, including cleaning, restocking and food preparation
    • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness standards of the café and health department

    Qualified Candidates must:

    • Be passionate about customer service and working with a team
    • Possess basic computer skills
    • Monitor and address safety issues in the kitchen
    • Be energetic and self-motivated
    • Be available to work 15-40 hours each week, with weekend availability

    Preferred Experience includes:
    – Previous kitchen experience

    Childcare Team members will:

    • Deliver a superior experience to members during child care check in and check out
    • Supervise children in the Nursery and Clubhouse with a positive, proactive, and respectful attitude
    • Design and implement fun, developmentally appropriate activities for children

  • Pilates Reformer Instructors

    Miramont Lifestyle Fitness is the premier health club with four locations in the Loveland and Fort Collins Communities. We are currently looking for part time and full time Pilates Reformer Instructors who will engage, energize and inspire our 25,000 members in their fitness and wellness goals. A nationally recognized Pilates certification is required, a minimum of 6 months of Pilates Reformer experience is preferred.

  • Barre Fitness Instructor

    Miramont Lifestyle Fitness is the premier health club with four locations in the Loveland-Fort Collins Community. We are looking for fun, motivated instructors to join our Group Fitness team. Miramont Barre Fitness is a unique combination of ballet barre, yoga, Pilates and strengthening combined into a one hour, full body class. Extremely orthopedic and alignment based, a high intensity, low impact class.

    Qualifications:
    – Have previously taught fitness, yoga, barre or pilates classes
    – Dance background preferred, but not required
    – Great attitude and energy
    – Eager to learn
    – Strong knowledge of anatomy

    We are currently looking for part-time and full-time personal trainers who will engage, energize and inspire our 22,500 members in their fitness and wellness goals.
    A nationally recognized personal training certification is required. A minimum of 6 months of personal training experience is preferred, or a Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, or a combination of education and experience.

  • Front Desk Team Member

    Miramont Lifestyle Fitness is a locally owned fitness and wellness facility with four locations in the northern Colorado community. We are currently looking for A+ Front Desk Team members who will engage, energize and inspire our 22,000 members.

    Front Desk Team members will:
    • Deliver a superior experience to both members and guests at check-in
    • Sell products and services offered at Miramont Lifestyle Fitness
    • Assist with appointment scheduling, program registration, phone call transfers, and POS purchases
    • Perform paperwork for select membership changes
    • Maintain cash drawer

  • Jr Accountant

    This position is a part-time position at 30 hours per week, and will receive limited benefits. The pay rate is $15 per hour.

    Required:
    – Minimum 2 year accounting degree
    – 1+ years of experience

    Proficient:
    – Excel, Word, Outlook
    – 10-key by touch
    – Strong typing skills
    – General knowledge of accounting programs – experience with Peachtree/Sage 50 preferred

    Example of Accounting duties and responsibilities:
    • Accurately enter all a/p invoices to accounting system for multiple entities
    • Use discernment when entering invoices and receipts to ensure proper coding
    • Properly identify, calculate, and enter use tax
    • Weekly Credit Card reconciliation
    • Perform weekly check runs for multiple entities
    • Identify Prepaid and Capital items
    • Maintain ongoing filing of accounts payable documents
    • Reconcile bank accounts
    • General Ledger entry
    • Financial statement prep and finalization for a small entity
    • Meet all weekly, month end, and financial statement deadlines
    • Continually look for process improvements
    • Maintain proper office organization, record retention, and filing
    • Other duties as assigned are completed timely
