Group Fight burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to smash your cardio fitness. From the boxing ring to the fighting cage, Group Fight combines cutting-edge moves with thrilling music. This electric experience is addictive! KICK SOME AND BRING IT ON! This is a shadow boxing class with no contact.



Group Power will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight, Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you sweat, and push you to a personal best! POWER UP!

    Bollyx® is a bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines exhilarating choreography and intensive workouts with upbeat music from around the world. This cardio workout cycles between higher and lower intensity dance sequences to deliver a total body workout.

  • BollyX LIT®

    BollyX LIT® has all the same energy as the original BollyX® format but without high impact dance movements. This format was designed for individuals who love to dance and prefer or need low impact choreography.

  • Cardio Strength Fusion

    This freestyle and circuit formatted workout will target your entire body with cardio and strength training. The interval-based nature of Cardio Strength Fusion will keep you moving and sweating and best of all, it keeps the body guessing week after week.

  • Freestyle Kickboxing

    This freestyle kickboxing class provides a fun and challenging opportunity to learn and practice kickboxing and other martial arts techniques against bags. The class is designed to increase cardiovascular conditioning, muscular tone and overall fitness. Includes drills against bags, fitness conditioning, an engaging group environment, and great music. *Gloves highly recommended and also available to borrow at the Front Desk.

  • Miramont Core

    Freestyle Core by instructor’s choice. Exercises and movements are arranged by the instructor to focus on all major muscles from the shoulders to the hips. Great for all levels!


    A full-body cardio jam session combining light resistance with simulated drumming using lightly weighted Ripsticks. This workout fuses cardio, Pilates, plyometrics and isometric poses in a 45 minute fat-blasting class. Great for various fitness levels.


    Participants will experience a challenging, exhilarating and fun workout with a Spinning® certified instructor. This class will help improve all aspects of your fitness, including mental and physical endurance, strength and performance all while exploring different workout intensities. All levels welcome. Water bottles and heart rate monitors are recommended.

  • Pilates Basic Mat

    Start here! Class focus is to build a strong foundation in the fundamentals of Pilates. It includes a series of exercises on a mat, emphasizing quality over quantity.

  • Pilates Mat with Props

    This class will challenge your mobility and stabilization through the core and peripheral muscles. Props, such as the power circle, hand weights, and bands, are utilized to provide wonderful feedback to the body. By using props, a deeper understanding of alignment, muscle activation, and centering is achieved. Fundamental and basic mat work is challenged in this all level class.

  • Pilates Basic/Intermediate Mat Class

    Next-level Pilates in terms of strength, endurance and flexibility; it is suitable for all students who have experience with Pilates Mat. Advance your core training techniques with complex movements that will challenge your core from every possible angle. Resistance props are used to challenge the core.

  • Pilates Intermediate

    Once you have the basics down, take your practice to a higher level. In this class you will progress basic moves, challenging your core muscles, balance, control, and cardio level. Work is done at a faster pace and knowledge of the basic mat routine is helpful.
