One-on-One Training

Personal Yoga Training

In addition to offering yoga in a group setting, Miramont also offers personal yoga training.  This is a great introduction to those new to yoga or a boost for the experienced yoga enthusiast.  It is also perfect for addressing specific needs such as back and shoulder pain or even for sport specific training.

Pilates Training

Practicing Pilates reorganizes the body so that all movements initiate from a strong and stable core.  Private sessions, Semi private sessions and Reformer classes are available.

Miramont offers advice on weight loss, weight gain, eating to enhance athletic performance, vitamin and mineral supplementation, diabetic, prenatal and senior nutrition, improving cardiovascular health, and more!

Muscle Activation Technique
