Private and Semi-Private Instruction

The Mind Body Studio at Miramont Central is proud to offer private, semi-private, and small group instruction. Refine your body and mind even more with the help of the world-class, comprehensively certified Instructors at the Mind Body Studio. Private and semi-private instruction for up to 3 people is available whenever equipment classes are not scheduled.

A classical and comprehensive approach is taken, utilizing all of the equipment available in the studio. A typical 55 minute session will include work on the reformer, mat, tower, and other equipment to help each student feel stronger, longer, and more balanced than when they walked in. Instructors are trained to read the student’s body and tailor the exercises to what each individual needs on that day and reach their overall fitness goals. Each workout builds upon the classical exercise discipline and specific movement pattern refinement, while providing challenging variations.

With 30 sessions in 15 weeks, you will earn a new body through discipline, sweat, and fun. Work one-on-one, two times a week with one of our comprehensively certified instructors. Get the tools you need to reform your body and change your life. Your instructor will help you get into a new routine which will result in a stronger core, leaner body, with greater flexibility and control.

Pilates is a movement system that builds muscle memory, lean muscles that are long not bulky, and cardio endurance. Tone your body, gain flexibility and balance, while correcting your posture. The 10-20-30 Challenge is a powerful way to change your body and your life.
