TRIBE FIT™ is a high intensity functional fitness program designed to make you fitter, faster, and stronger. Everything you do is for time (i.e. complete this workout as fast as you can) or a workout to be completed within a specific amount of time (i.e. you have 30 minutes to complete this workout). Each week is designed to specifically compliment the last so you achieve amazing results fast.

50 minutes in length. High Intensity/Functional/Dynamic.

TRIBE LIFE™ combines low impact movements with functional strength exercises to give you new energy to take on anything life has to offer. Low impact refers to exercise that is not strenuous on the joints, however, we will ensure you maintain the needed intensity during workouts to decrease body fat, improve cardiovascular fitness, and increase functional strength.

50 minutes in length. Moderate Intensity/Functional/Low Impact

She makes sure we are all keeping up and if anyone is not, she gives them an alternative exercise to do that will give the same affect as the more difficult one. TRIBE CORE™ is dedicated to improving toning, strength, stability, and power to your core through a variety of movement and isometric based exercises. It is designed to train the muscles around your pelvis, hips, back, shoulders, and abdomen; leaving you with a slim waistline and firm strong abs.

50 minutes in length. Moderate Intensity/Functional/Low Impact

TRIBE CORE has definitely changed the way my body looks and feels. Not only do I feel stronger – my balance and coordination have improved, too. I love that everything in the class is scalable. It made exercises accessible for me in the beginning and also allowed me to challenge myself as I gained strength and confidence.
